The premium nozzles from PrimaCreator are a series of replacement nozzles that can make more difference for the result than you may think To have a high-quality nozzle is like having a sharp pencil you need it to get a great print
All nozzles from PrimaCreator are made from the best high-quality brass or steel (depending on type) and are completed in a state of the art factory
All nozzles are manufactured with a tolerance of less than 0 01 mm This means that your filament will have a very smooth and clear surface while extruding which of course results in better prints
The series of nozzles from PrimaCreator is the perfect choice for people who only wants the best and at a great value!

PrimaCreator MK10 Ruby Nozzle
The PrimaCreator Ruby Nozzle is the latest addition to the range of PrimaCreator nozzles.
A regular brass nozzle is often recommended for their superior thermal conductivity. But a brass nozzle also has its draw backs. If you want to print with an abrasive material, like carbon or glow-in-the-dark filament, a regular brass nozzle will wear out in a very short time. This is why you can choose to use a hardened steel nozzle instead. Steel will not wear out as quick as brass, but steel is not optimal for being used in an âevery day nozzleâ due to the fact that the thermal conductivity isn't as good as with a brass nozzle. So what's the solution to getting the best of both worlds?
Enter the PrimaCreator Ruby Nozzle!
In the best nozzle we ever produced we have the same high-quality brass as in our regular brass nozzles, but in addition to this we have also added a small ruby gemstone at the tip of the nozzle. This transforms a regular brass nozzle to a nozzle you can use with all your standard filament like PLA, ABS, PETG, and so on, to the more abrasive ones like carbon infused filament, metal filled, glow-in-the-dark, wood filled, well, most types of ânozzle killer filamentâ you can think off that are currently on the market.
Finally, you can use one nozzle for all your materials.
All ruby nozzles from PrimaCreator are made from the best high-quality materials and are completed in a state-of-the-art factory. All nozzles are manufactured with a tolerance of less than ± 0.01 mm. This means that your filament will have a very smooth and clear surface while extruding, which, of course, results in better prints.
PrimaCreator nozzles are manufactured to the highest standards!
The process of making a PrimaCreator nozzle begins with a selected high-quality material. When the material reaches the factory, there's first an optical inspection made of the material that are going to be used for each batch of nozzles. Then it's time to clamp the material, in other words, make it into a long rod. In our process this is only done once. In many other (cheaper) cases, this process must be repeated several times, often as many as 3-4, and yet you don´t get the same results.
After that process, the material goes through an ultrasonic cleaning bath, and after that it's cleaned ones again and protected against surface oxidation.
The nozzle will now take shape with millimetre precision, the tolerance is less than ± 0.01 mm.
The process of removing sharp edges from the nozzles are a very important step as this makes up a big part of the result. If there are too many sharp edges left on the nozzle, it will make the nozzle more prone to clogging. So, it's essential that the nozzle is very smooth and clean before it's used. In every batch a few nozzles are selected and cut in half and checked to make sure that every specification is met, and that the surface is in perfect condition.
The nozzles are then checked for one last time and packed individually in a protective box â ready to be shipped to you.
The ruby nozzle from PrimaCreator is the perfect choice for people who only wants the best and at a great value!
Which nozzle should you choose?
Brass is the standard material for nozzles. It's long-lasting and capable of reaching temperatures of up to 300ºC.
Brass is a excellent thermal conductor, which means it makes it easy to maintain a consistent extrusion temperature. Brass is also corrosion resistant, which helps lengthen the lifespan of the nozzle.
Hardened Steel makes tough and durable nozzles.
It primary purpose is for printing abrasive materials like those reinforced with glass fibre, carbon fibre, filaments containing wood or metal shavings, or glow-in-the-dark filaments containing phosphorescent material.
Hardened Steel nozzles also allows you to use temperatures up to 450°C, which means you to print industrial grade PEEK and PEI materials.
Nickel Plated Copper
Our Nickel Plated Copper nozzles combines the best properties of brass and steel nozzles in to one. The Copper alloy offer even better thermal conductivity then brass, and the Nickel plating makes it almost as wear resistant as steel.
With a maximum temperature of up to 500°C Nickel Plated Copper nozzles can be used to print almost any material.
An added bonus is that the Nickel plating helps repel the build up of burnt plastic on the nozzle itself.
The one nozzle that can do it all!
Our Ruby tipped nozzles can print almost any material without ever wearing out.
We use the same high-quality materials as in our regular nozzles, and in addition to this we have also added a small Ruby gemstone at the tip of the nozzle. This transforms a regular nozzle in to a nozzle that you can use for even the toughest materials.
Finally, you can use one nozzle for all your materials!
